TechHope Transitions (THT), in partnership with the Faculty of Economics at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, is proud to announce that the Winter School has officially started on February 24, 2025! This two-week intensive online training program is designed to equip students with the essential technical and leadership skills needed to thrive in the IT industry.

The THT Winter School is a testament to this spirit of resilience, offering students the opportunity to develop cutting-edge IT skills and advance their careers despite ongoing challenges. This program is more than just an educational initiative—it is a bold statement of Ukraine’s talent, innovation, and ambition, showing that the country’s tech sector continues to thrive.

Industry-Based Learning – Covering Agile methodologies, software development life cycle (SDLC), secure coding, and more.
Real IT Project Simulations – Participants take on roles such as Project Manager, Business Analyst, Developer, and Tester.

Mykhailo Makarkin (USA) – 30+ years of experience in IT-projects for Ukraine and the USA, expert in global IT-market.
Ezio Sabatino (USA) – 30+ years of experience, an official partner of Cialdini Institute, a certified expert in ethical influence and persuasion.
Polina Reminna (Ukraine) – a business analyst at BCMProfessionals (USA), and a participant of the THT Summer Program (NULES, Kyiv, Ukraine).
