TechHope Transitions Newsletter: Issue 3, 2026
Updated: 1 day ago

In this issue, we highlight THT’s progress in advancing AI Resilience education, including a new book co-authored by our Chair of Operations, Shane Molinari; insights from a Connecticut Technology Council event on AI agents and the future of work; and our growing engagement with Connecticut’s business community through BRBC and Forum@535.

These initiatives strengthen our connections between technology, education, and business while creating new opportunities for Ukrainian IT professionals in the global technology market.
Advancing AI Resilience Through Practical Education
As artificial intelligence continues to reshape the global technology landscape, the ability to develop, govern, and maintain secure, reliable, and resilient AI systems is becoming increasingly critical. Recognizing this growing demand, TechHope Transitions consders AI Resilience as one of essential components of preparing the next generation of technology professionals for the global technology industry.
This commitment is reflected in the book AI Resilience: A Control Plane for Governing, Testing, and Proving Enterprise AI Survivability, co-authored by Shane Molinari, our Chair of Operations, and Dr. Jordan VanHoy Associate Professor of Practice at the University of Arizona and PhD in Cyber Defense.
The publication combines Shane Molinari’s extensive practical experience in the responsible implementation of AI across IT and engineering projects with Dr. VanHoy’s academic expertise in cybersecurity and AI resilience. Their work explores how organizations can ensure the security, governance, recoverability, and operational continuity of AI-enabled systems, particularly when faced with failures, model drift, or unpredictable behavior.
By integrating this expertise into education and professional development initiatives, we aim to equip emerging technology professionals in Ukraine and beyond with the practical competencies needed to build, manage, and maintain trustworthy AI systems.
The future of AI extends beyond innovation. It requires reliability, accountability, and resilience to operate effectively in complex and unpredictable environments.
AI Agents: Preparing for the Next Wave of Technology Transformation
What happens when AI moves beyond answering questions and starts taking action? That question is shaping the future of business, technology, and the workforce.
An inspiring discussion hosted by Milena Erwin, the Connecticut Technology Council, brought together professionals, including featured speaker Vaishali Shah, CEO and owner of theCoderSchool, and co-speaker Linda Albright, founder of Women Run AI, to explore how agentic AI is transforming industries, business operations, and the future of work.

At TechHope Transitions, preparing technology professionals for an AI-driven future means going beyond understanding emerging technologies. It means developing the practical skills, critical thinking, and responsible approaches needed to apply AI effectively in real-world environments.
As AI agents become increasingly integrated into business operations, several areas are especially important to our mission:
AI Resilience: Understanding how AI systems scale, respond to failures, recover from disruptions, and maintain reliable performance.
Cybersecurity: Recognizing potential vulnerabilities and protecting systems, data, and business operations.
Responsible AI: Promoting thoughtful, transparent, and accountable AI adoption.
Practical Implementation: Evaluating how AI agents affect operational efficiency, costs, workflows, and business decisions.
Understanding what AI agents can do is only the starting point. Technology professionals must also know how these systems behave under pressure, how they recover when something goes wrong, and how their implementation influences an organization's long-term performance. These capabilities will be increasingly valuable as businesses seek professionals who can bridge technical knowledge with operational awareness, sound judgment, and responsible innovation.
Events like this create meaningful connections between business, education, and technology. They encourage the exchange of ideas, strengthen professional networks, and help transform conversations about AI into opportunities for collaboration and growth.
Strengthening TechHope Transitions Presence in Connecticut Business Community
TechHope Transitions continues to strengthen its presence in Connecticut by actively participating in local business events, building meaningful relationships with business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community organizations. These engagements provide valuable opportunities to introduce THT's mission, explore potential partnerships, and connect local businesses with the expertise and innovation of Ukrainian IT professionals.
Connecting with the Trumbull Business Community.
THT took part in a local business networking event organized with the support of the Trumbull Chamber of Commerce, Bridgeport Regional Business Council (BRBC), TD Bank, and Bridges® by EPOCH at Trumbull, CT.
The event brought together business professionals and community leaders for an evening of networking, relationship-building, and celebrating the local business community. It provided an excellent opportunity to establish new connections, exchange perspectives, and learn more about the priorities and opportunities within Connecticut's business ecosystem.
As a member of BRBC, THT values opportunities to engage with organizations that promote regional economic development, business collaboration, and community growth. We sincerely appreciate the organizers for bringing the local business community together and fostering an environment of connection and cooperation.
Engaging with Business Leaders at Forum@535: The Next Chapter
Our organization also had the pleasure of attending Forum@535: The Next Chapter, hosted by Bryn
Tindall at Rebellion Group headquarters in Cheshire, Connecticut.
This engaging event brought together CEOs, entrepreneurs, and business owners for insightful presentations, meaningful discussions, and valuable networking opportunities. The gathering encouraged participants to share experiences, exchange ideas, and explore new perspectives on business growth, leadership, and innovation.
For THT, Forum@535 offered another opportunity to expand its professional network and engage with business leaders who recognize the value of collaboration, innovation, and international talent.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Bryn Tindall and the Forum@535 team for creating such a welcoming and inspiring environment for professional dialogue and relationship-building.
Through continued engagement with Connecticut's business community, TechHope Transitions is building bridges between local business opportunities and global technology talent transforming professional connections into meaningful collaboration and lasting impact.
